1. Virtual Experiences
More and more museums, galleries, theatres and tourist sites will open their gates virtually, offering digital tour, interactive experiences and combined online&offline events.

2. Shop Streaming
Two of the major forces in the digital world - online shopping and live streaming - will come together to offer a more interactive, real-time shopping experience.

3. A-commerce
Developments in Ai technologies will allow for automated shopping experience, requiring no human interaction or support.

4. Ambient Wellness
Shops, bars and places of business will find creative ways to embed disinfection stations and health-boosting measures into their spaces, making them part of the customer experience.

5. Virtual Companions After humanity gets used to working side by side with robots, getting help from chatbots and relying on virtual assistants, it doesn’t seem far out that the age of social distancing might push some of us to seek the company of virtual personas for human interaction and care.

6. Virtual Status Symbols The desire for status symbols in the shape of high-end brands or scarce items is no longer confined to physical goods. Younger consumers and video gamers have long embraced virtual goods, but with new developments in AR and Blockchain technologies, and with the help of coronavirus lockdown, virtual assets might become the new status symbols.

7. Online Fitness Fitness influencers peaked in popularity during the pandemic, and they’re not going anywhere. It is not unlikely that they’ll soon start monetizing their business and charge subscription fees as if they were a virtual gym.

8. Telehealth
Remote health services will grow to support more digital support and remote doctor’s appointments with non-urgent matters.
