Yeah, we know. It feels like WFH is something we all do on some level. We are all used to working using laptops and from our home, But the truth is that doing a full transition to 100% working time from home may affect our performance and the way we operate. So, after acknowledging that working from home is a challenge, we’ll share a few guidelines that can help us make it smoother.

Your Home Office
1. Arrange a comfortable station with as little interference as
you can. We need to think a bit long term, working on our
sofa may work for us for the short term but won’t for the
long run. We know that each person needs different
settings, but you can always try and learn what works best
for you.
2. Create a working routine, maintain a work schedule, take
breaks, lunchtime, etc.
3. Be available at the working hours, make sure your team
and peers are aware of your schedule and be aware of
theirs.
Make sure you're ready
When working from home visual communication is important, for that you have a couple of options ready for you:
1. Zoom client video conferencing (limited to 40 min conferences)
2. Google hangouts teams Video and voice - as it is part of our
GSuite all employees have access to it.
3. Internet - in case your home internet fails you can use your
phone data plan as a temporary VPN
4. Physical devices for Dev / QA - make sure to list if you need
mobile devices / physical devices for your day-to-day work

specific times which you set small goals according to the
daily plan.

keep you in focus and balance.

5. Even better - a video call!
6. Avoid long threads at the main channels
7. Meeting owner is responsible for connecting everyone
Kids (if applicable)
We know it’s not an easy situation to be in, but here are a few tips on how to optimize it:
1. Make a clear time when you are with your kids and be 100% with them!
2. Create boundaries, try putting a “STOP, in a meeting” sign on her door.
You can also define your work hours with your manager.
3. Take advantage of break time/meals time
4. Create a Boredom Ä Surprise Box: As parents, we know that sometimes a
