Ingredients:

1/4  Cup Gin

Squeeze of half a lemon

2 Tsp Grenadine

1.5 Tbsp Egg White

2 TSP Heavy Cream

Caster sugar (for rim)

Directions:

1. Dip the rim of a bowl-shaped cocktail glass into Grenadine and then into sugar to create a bright pink frosted rim. 

2. Shake the cocktail ingredients along with ice and pour into the glass.
